To the maximum extent permitted by law, pk2026 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses incurred by engaging with a third-party Operator, loss of data, or reputational harm.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless pk2026, its officers, directors, employees, agents and content contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any Applicable Law, or your use of the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised herein.
References to Payment Providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC, ETH and USDT — are made solely for contextual familiarity with the Pakistani market. These references do not constitute a claim of partnership, affiliation, endorsement or approval of gambling services by any of these providers. Users must review the terms and acceptable use policies of each Payment Provider independently before initiating any transaction.
References to Pakistan cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, domestic football and other sporting events are made for informational context only. pk2026 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the PSL franchise system, the ICC, or any other sporting body.
Where specific or generic online Operator characteristics are described on the Platform, such descriptions are for illustrative or educational purposes only. pk2026 does not formally recommend, endorse or accredit any specific gambling Operator. Users engage with third-party Operators at their own risk and must review those Operators' own terms, conditions and licensing details independently.

The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 governs gambling at the federal level, and individual provincial assemblies may enact supplementary legislation. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk2026 is registered as an entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
